Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
1. What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees are applicable.
2. What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
Items not eligible for return
- Products purchased on clearance, discounts, or markdowns
- Soiled, damaged, or altered products
- Custom-made products (e.g., child’s name embroidered or custom size)
- Washed items (including uniforms, bottles, lunch boxes, etc.)
- Innerwear, socks, and swimwear
3. What is the return process?
Uniform Purchases (Online & Offline)
Please contact our customer care at +91 90089 43333, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM to schedule your return with a Threadworks customer executive.
Retail Products (Bags, Bottles, Lunchboxes & Shoes)
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a quality check.
Products must be shipped back to the Threadworks retail store using a courier service arranged and paid for by the customer.
Please note: Items that are washed or have children’s names written inside are not eligible for return. Swimwear, socks, and innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
What if my item goes out of stock?
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund the amount to the original payment method.
Store Credits
Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit, which is 100% redeemable and valid for 6 months.
When are store credits not applicable?
- Clearance, discounted, or markdown products
- Soiled, damaged, or altered items
- Custom-made products
- Washed products
When will I receive my store credits?
Within 7–10 days of receiving the return. Once the product passes quality check, store credits will be issued within 24 hours.
Note: Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Can store credits be used everywhere?
Store credits are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exchanging for a different product
You can return the original product for store credit and use the credit to place a new order.
Received a wrong or damaged product?
Please email us at info@threadworks.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images of the received product
- A detailed description of the issue
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement product.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original condition to be eligible for return due to damage or incorrect delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at info@threadworks.in as soon as possible to request cancellation.
