Based on the nature of the products that we have, all products in stock will reach you within a time span of 5 to 8 working days not including weekends and public holidays. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. Note: The above time lines do not apply for custom orders and bulk orders. Currently each order may be shipped only to a single destination, If you wish to ship products to different addresses you will need to place multiple orders
At peak season i.e. around school opening times, we will ensure that uniforms are shipped before the school opening date

Certain ODA locations which are difficult to reach we may require delivery time of more than 8 days, please call the call center for exact details on the same
We use only reputed courier agencies, however if you believe that the product is not in good condition, is damaged or has been tampered with , refuse to take delivery of the package and call us on +91 900 894 3333 and email a picture of the same to firstname.lastname@example.org
Threadworks aims to keep its customers 100% satisfied
However if you are not satisfied with your order for any of the following reasons we would be willing to accept its return
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 5 days on receipt of the product. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
In this case we would refund 95% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 5 days on receipt of the product. Further the return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer. To be eligible the product should be received with all its tags and packaging intact in an unworn, unwashed condition
Refunds and size discrepancies for these products will be handled on a case-to-case basis, as individual logos may be embroidered and accessories may be supplied against the order
The refund will be happen within 15 days of receipt and inspection of returned products to same mode of payment as used during checkout.
Threadworks reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging
